Abstract
Saat ini konstruksi bangunan mengalami pengembangan inovasi, beton precast salah satunya. Beton pracetak / beton precast adalah beton yang dibuat dicetakan dengan ukuranyang sudah ditentukan atau disesuaikan dengan ukuran yang sudah ditentukan atau disesuaikan dengan aplikasi kerja. Oleh karena itu penggunaan beton precast dapat menghemat biaya dan efisien waktu. Untuk beton precast proses pembuatannya dengan menggunakan cetakan sesuai dengan bentuk yang di inginkan, pertama yang disiapkan untuk mencetak beton precast adalah cetakan yang sesuai ukurandan bentuk yang di inginkan dengan menggunakan cetakan. Dalam analisis ini menggunakan metode Half Slab Precast. Pada metode ini terdapat perbedaan dalam pelaksanaan. Metode Half Slab Precast adalah pekerjaan pelat lantai beton bertulang dengan cara separuh precst dan separuhnya lagi dibuat ditempat. Umumnya pada metode ini layer pertama difabrikasi terlebih dahulu area pekerjaan yang kemudian diangkat menggunakan mobile/static crane untuk melakukan installasi pada area pengerjaan dan kemudian dilakukan pengecoran untuk layer kedua secara monolit. Pada analisis ini didapatkan hasil bahwa dimensi Half Slab yang digunakan berukuran 20 cm x 30 cm, 25 cm x 25 cm, 20 cm x 25 cm, 25 cm x 30 cm. English Abstract
In this day and age, building construction went through inovative advancements recently, one of those inovations are the Precast Concrete. Precast concrete is a concrete which is molded by preexisiting cast and predetermined size and dimension adjusted according to the needs of the particular use of structure. Therefore precast concrete usage would reduce cost and increase time eficiency altogether. The process of making a precast concrete starts with the predetermined casting form and pouring the liquid concrete into the mold. In this paper, the researcher is using the Half Slab Precast Method. This method presents a difference in the execution. Half Slab Precast method is a steel reinforced concrete floor plate operation consisting of splitting the structure by half and using both precast concrete and on-site concrete pourings. Generally this method is executed with the fabricated precast concrete as the first layer of concrete which then lifted using mobile/static crane into place and then pouring the rest of the concrete as the second layer monolithically. Results show the Half Slab dimensions used in this case are 20 cm x 30 cm, 25 cm x 25 cm, 20 cm x 25 cm, 25 cm x 30 cm. With reinforced plate flex on the X and Y axis value of 10
