Abstract
Sumber Daya Manusia mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi. Berhasil atau gagalnya pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi SDM sangat bergantung pada sejauh mana kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia. Hal ini menunjukkan betapa pentingnya peran strategis pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dalam perusahaan atau organisasi yang terus berkembang sejalan dengan tuntutan era globalisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Metode Pelatihan On The Job Training terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan; (2) Untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Materi Pelatihan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan; (3) Untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Metode Pelatihan On The Job Training terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (4) Untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Materi Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan (5) Untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Departemen Research and Development PT. Gatra Mapan yang beralamatkan di Jalan Tegal Mapan no.18 Pakis Malang, Jawa Timur. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi pustaka dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Responden penelitian ini disebar berdasarkan total semua karyawan di departemen Research and Development yang berjumlah 58 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian untuk dapat diketahui pengaruh Metode Pelatihan On The Job Training (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kompetensi Karyawan (Y1) pada karyawan Departemen Research and Development PT.Gatra Mapan Malang sebesar 0,313 atau 31,3%; Materi Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Karyawan (Y1) sebesar 0,494 atau 49,4%. pengaruh Metode Pelatihan On The Job Training (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y2) sebesar 0,255 atau 25,5%. pengaruh Materi Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y2) sebesar 0,246 atau 24,6%. Pengaruh variabel Kompetensi Karyawan (Y1) terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y2) sebesar 0,400 atau 40%. English Abstract
Human Resources has a very important role in determining the success of achieving the goals of an organization. Success or failure of the implementation of Human Resource functions depend on the extent to which the quality of Human Resources. This shows the importance of the strategic role of development and improving the quality of human resources within a company or organization that continues to grow in line with the demands of globalization. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe and analyze the influence of On The Job Training Methods Training for Employee Competence, (2) To describe and analyze the effect on Employee Competency Training Materials, (3) To describe and analyze the effect of Training Methods On The Job Training the Employee Performance, (4) To describe and analyze the effect on Employee Performance Training Content, and (5) To describe and analyze the effect on Employee Performance Employee Competency . The research was conducted in the Department of Research and Development PT . Gatra Mapan is addressed at Jalan Tegal Mapan no.18 Pakis Malang, East Java. Primary data obtained from questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from the literature and the results of previous research. This study respondents distributed by the total of all employees in Research and Development department, amounting 58 respondents. Data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis . The results can be seen to influence Methods Training On The Job Training (X1) significantly influence employee competence variable (Y1) in the Research and Development Department employees PT.Gatra Mapan Malang by 0,313 or 31.3%; Training Materials (X2) influential significantly to the Employee Competence (Y1) of 0.494 or 49.4%. influences Training Methods On the Job Training (X1) significantly influence employee performance variable (Y2) of 0,255 or 25.5%. the effect of training materials (X2) significantly influence employee performance variable (Y2) of 0.246 or 24.6%. The conclusion of this study that the training methods On The Job Training used in any training program and training materials provided in each training program to suit the needs and goals will be undertaken by the employee directly affects the employees competency. With the increasing competencies owned by employees as more and more employees attended training programs that will affect the high performance of the Research and Development department employees PT.Gatra Mapan Malang.
