Efek Penambahan Phospholipid Plus Dalam Air Minum Terhadap Kecernaan Protein Dan Energi Metabolis Pada Ayam Pedaging

Alizani, Ghufron Andi (2017) Efek Penambahan Phospholipid Plus Dalam Air Minum Terhadap Kecernaan Protein Dan Energi Metabolis Pada Ayam Pedaging. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.

Abstract

English Abstract

The research was aimed to evaluate the effect of additional phospholipid as Functional Fats in drinking water on digestibility of feed and metabolizable energy of broiler. The materials were used for this research were phospholipid and 20 unsexed broilers. This method used experiment with 4 treatments and 5 replicates. The treatments were P0 (as control water), P1 (addition 0,05% phospholipid plus), P2 (addition 0.1% phospholipid plus), and P3 (addition 0.15% phospholipid plus). The variables measured were digestibility of dry matter, digestibility of proteins, metabolizable energy, and N corrected that could be metabolized. Data were analyzed by ANOVA, when there was differences it would be tested by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result showed that the addition of phospholipid gave significant effect (P<0.05) on protein digestibility, significant effect (P<0.01) on metabolizable energy. The conclusion of this research that the best addition level of phospholipid in water was 0.1% could increase digestibility of proteins, metabolizable energy, and N corrected that could be metabolized of broiler.
