Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan pengaruh penggunaan enzim selulose pada kulit ari kakako untuk subtitusi bekatul terhadap performa produksi dan profil darah itik hibrida. Materi penelitian adalah kulit ari kakau dan itik hibrida. Metode penelitian analisis laboratorium dan biologis lapang. Penelitian dilakukan 2 tahap, yakni tahap pertama dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) teridiri 4 perlakuan (P0: kulit ari kakao + selulase 0 %, P1: kulit ari kakao + selulase 0,013%, P2: kulit ari kakao + selulase 0,026%, P3: kulit ari kakao + selulase 0,039) dan 6 ulangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analysis ragam. Penelitian tahap 2 adalah mengunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan (P0: pakan dengan bekatul 10% tanpa KAK enzimatis, P1: pakan dengan bekatul 7,5%+ 2,5% KAK enzimatis, P2: pakan dengan bekatul 5% + 5% KAK enzimatis, P3: pakan dengan bekatul 2,5%+ 7,5% KAK enzimatis, P4: pakan dengan bekatul 0%+ 10% KAK enzimatis) dan 5 ulangan. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis peragam dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian pertama menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap bahan kering, protein kasar dan serat kasar kulit ari kakao. Perlakuan terbaik adalah P2 dengan bahan kering 91,01%, protein kasar 20,19%, dan serat kasar 7,2%. Hasil penelitian tahap kedua adalah perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) tehadap bobot badan, FCR, trigliserida, LDL dan HDL. Perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi dan IOFC. Perlakuan P2 menghasilkan 1206,48 g/ekor, FCR 2,79, Trigliserida 75,07mg/dl, LDL 58,97mg/dl HDL 73,38 mg/dl, Konsumsi 3388 g/ekor, dan IOFC Rp 6024. Pengunaan selulase pada kulit ari kakao pada taraf 0,026% memberikan hasil terbaik pada penurunan SK dan dapat meningkatkan PK. Pada perlakuan pakan didapatkan perlakuan terbaik pada P2 untuk performa produksi dan profil lipid darah namun pemberian kulit ari kakao diatas 5% akan membuat pertumbuhan ternak terhambat.

English Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the effect of the use of cellulase enzymes in the epidermis of cocoa for bran substitution on the production performance and blood profile of hybrid ducks. The materials research is the cocoa husk and duck hybrid. Methods of research analysis laboratory and biological field. Research conducted two phases, namely the stage first with Complete Randomized Design (CRD) consists 4 treatments (P0: cocoa husk + cellulase 0%, P1: cocoa husk + cellulase 0.013%, Q2: cocoa husk + cellulase 0.026%, P3: cocoa husk + cellulase 0.039) and 6 replications. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. Phase 2 of the study was to use a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments (P0: feed with 10% rice bran without enzymatic cocoa husk, P1: feed with 7.5% rice bran + 2.5% enzymatic cocoa husk, P2: feed with 5 rice bran % + 5% enzymatic cocoa husk, P3: feed with rice bran 2.5% + 7.5% enzymatic cocoa husk, P4: feed with rice bran 0% + 10% enzymatic cocoa husk) and 5 replications. Data result of research analyzed using analysis of covariance followed by a test distance of multiple Duncan. The results of the research first showed the treatment effect is very obvious (P<0,01 ) of the dry matter, crude protein, and crude fiber of cocoa husk. The best treatment was P2 with dry matter 91,01 %, crude protein 20.19 %, and crude fiber 7.2%. The results of the research phase of the second are the treatment effect is very obvious (P<0,01 ) to the body weight gain, FCR, triglycerides, LDL, and HDL. The treatment had no significant effect (P>0,05 ) on consumption and IOFC. P2 treatment resulted in 1206.48 g/head, FCR 2.79, triglycerides 75.07 mg/dl, LDL 58.97 mg/dl, HDL 73.38 mg/dl, consumption 3388 g/tail, and IOFC Rp 6024. The use of cellulase on the cocoa husk at the level of 0.026% gives the best results on decreasing SK and can increase PK. In the treatment of feed obtained treatment best in P2 for the performance of the production and profile of lipid blood but giving the cocoa husk above 5% will make the growth of livestock stunted.
