Abstract
Inceptisols merupakan tanah pertanian utama di Indonesia dengan total luas sekitar 70,52 juta hektar (40 % dari total luas daratan Indonesia). Inceptisols Karangploso, Malang mempunyai pH yang masam (5,22), Bahan organik yang rendah (2,41 %), dan P-tersedia yang rendah (7,12 ppm). Rendahnya P-tersedia, Bahan organik pada Inceptisols maka akan menyebabkan penurunan produksi tanaman yang akan dibudidaya. Pemberian pupuk kandang ayam yang dikombinasikan dengan Mikoriza dapat menjaga kesuburan tanah dan diharapkan mampu menambah unsur hara P-tersedia yang sangat dibutuhkan tanaman bawang putih (Allium sativum L.). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk kandang ayam dan Mikoriza terhadap peningkatan ketersediaan P, serapan P tanaman dan pertumbuhan tanaman serta hasil umbi bawang putih (Allium sativum L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Jawa Timur pada bulan Desember sampai Mei 2019. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu pupuk kandang ayam dengan 2 taraf yaitu A0 (tanpa pupuk kandang), A1 (pupuk kandang ayam 20 t ha-1). Faktor kedua Mikoriza yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu M0 (tanpa Mikoriza), M1 (Mikoriza 5 g/polybag), M2 (Mikoriza 10 g/polybag), M3 (Mikoriza 15 g/polybag). Variabel pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun diamati 15, 45, dan 75 HST sedangkan bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, serapan p tanaman, p-tersedia, pH, jumlah spora, koloni akar diamati pada 80 HST dan jumlah siung per umbi, bobot umbi kering diamati setelah panen dilakukan. Data yang diperoleh di analisis statistik dengan uji taraf 5 % kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut DMRT (Duncan Multiple Range Test) serta uji korelasi dan regresi untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dengan hasil yang terbaik terhadap kesuburan tanah dan pertumbuhan tanaman yaitu pada perlakuan pupuk kandang 20 t ha-1 dan Mikoriza 15 g/polybag. Perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam 20 t ha-1 dan Mikoriza 15 g/polybag dapat meningkatkan P-tersedia tanah (42,17 ppm), serapan P tanaman (1650 mg/tanaman), tinggi tanaman (58,3 cm), jumlah daun (6,8), produksi umbi bawang putih (6,86 t ha-1) dan memiliki peningkatan perlakuan terhadap P-tersedia, serapan P tanaman, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan produksi umbi berturut- yaitu 472.18, 1179, 41.68, 57.79 dan 48,67 %
English Abstract
Inceptisols are the main agricultural land in Indonesia with a total area of around 70.52 million hectares (40% of the total land area of Indonesia). Inceptisols Karangploso, Malang has a acidic pH (5.22), low organic matter (2.41%), and low available P (7.12 ppm). Low P-available, organic matter in Inceptisols causing a decrease in crop production to be cultivated. Influence of chicken manure combined with mycorrhizae can maintain soil fertility and expected to be able to add nutrients P-available which is needed by plants of garlic (Allium sativum L.). The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of chicken manure and mycorrhizae on increasing P availability, P uptake of plants and growth of garlic (Allium sativum L.) plants. The research was conducted at the Greenhouse of the Agricultural Technology Assessment Institute (BPTP) of East Java in December to May 2019. The study used a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is chicken manure with 2 levels, namely A0 (without manure), A1 (chicken manure 20 t ha-1). The second factor is mycorrhiza which consists of 4 levels, namely M0 (without mycorrhiza), M1 (mycorrhiza 5 g / polybag), M2 (mycorrhiza 10 g / polybag), M3 (mycorrhiza 15 g / polybag). Observation variables were plant height and number of leaves were observed 15, 45, and 75 days after planting while fresh plant weight, plant dry weight, plant p uptake, p-available, pH, number of spores, root colonies were observed at 80 days after planting and number of cloves per tuber, dry tuber weights were observed after harvest. Data obtained in statistical analysis with a 5% level test then continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test advanced test and correlation and regression tests to determine the relationship between the observed variables. The results showed that the treatment with the best results on soil fertility and plant growth was in the treatment of manure 20 t ha-1 and mycorrhizae 15 g / polybag. The treatment of manure 20 t ha-1 and mycorrhizal 15 g / polybag can increase P-available soil (42.17 ppm), P uptake of plants (1650 mg / plant), plant height (58.3 cm), number of leaves (6 , 8), the production of garlic bulbs (6.86 t ha- 1) and has the effective treatment of available P, plant uptake, plant height, number of leaves, and tuber production respectively 472.18, 1179, 41.68, 57.79 and 48.67 %.
