Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh periode penyimpanan susu dalam suhu kulkas pada tes alkohol, uji keasaman dan uji reduktase pada sapi perah. Materinya adalah pengumpulan susu segar di koperasi Bocek Karangploso. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Varians (ANOVA) di mana metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, dan jika ada pengaruh yang signifikan akan dilanjutkan ke uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa periode penyimpanan susu dalam suhu lemari es memiliki efek yang berbeda secara signifikan (P <0,05) pada tes alkohol dan uji keasaman, tetapi tidak signifikan (P> 0,05) untuk tes reduktase. Disimpulkan adalah penyimpanan susu pada suhu kulkas dengan waktu yang lebih lama memberikan tes alkohol lebih banyak koagulasi dan tingkat keasaman tinggi tetapi tidak memberikan waktu yang berbeda pada tes reduktase.
English Abstract
The objective of this study was identify the effect of milk storage period in refrigerator temperature on the alcohol test, acidity test and reductase test on the dairy cattle. The material was fresh milk collecting in Bocek Karangploso cooperative. The data were analyzed by using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) in which the Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) method with the 6 treatments and 4 replicates, and if there was a significant effect would be continued to the Least Significant Difference (LSD). The result of this study were that the period of storage milk in refrigerator temperature had significantly different effect (P<0.05) on alcohol test and the of acidity test, but had not significantly (P>0.05) to reductase test. The concluded was storage milk at refrigerator temperature by longer time gave the alcohol test more coagulation and high degree of acidity but did not gave different time at the reductase test.
