Abstract
Kualitas Tidur Merupakan Kepuasan Seseorang Terhadap Tidur, Sehingga Seseorang Tersebut Tidak Memperlihatkan Perasaan Lelah, Mudah Terangsang, Gelisah, Lesu, Apatis Dan Gejala Kurang Tidur Lainnya. Salah Satu Cara Yang Dapat Meningkatkan Kualitas Tidur Ibu Hamil Adalah Dengan Senam Hamil. Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Senam Hamil Dengan Kualitas Tidur Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii Di Desa Talangagung Kecamatan Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Desain Penelitian Ini Adalah Deskripsi Korelatif Dengan Pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel Dipilih Dengan Cara Purposive Sampling Dengan Jumlah 22 Responden. Pengukuran Kualitas Tidur Dilakukan Dengan Menggunakan Kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (Psqi) Dan Diuji Dengan Uji Spearman. Hasil Penelitian Ini Menunjukkan Bahwa 11 Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii Yang Rutin Melakukan Senam Hamil Terdapat 8 Ibu Hamil (36%) Mempunyai Kualitas Tidur Yang Baik Dan 3 Ibu Hamil (14%) Mempunyai Kualitas Tidur Yang Buruk, Sedangkan Dari 11 Ibu Hamil Yang Tidak Rutin Melakukan Senam Hamil Terdapat 2 Ibu Hamil (9%) Mempunyai Kualitas Tidur Yang Baik Dan 9 Ibu Hamil (41%) Mempunyai Kualitas Tidur Yang Buruk (P = 0,008). Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Terdapat Hubungan Antara Senam Hamil Dengan Kualitas Tidur Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii Di Desa Talangagung Kecamatan Kepanjen Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Ini, Disarankan Agar Ibu Hamil Trimester Iii Melakukan Senam Hamil Secara Rutin Agar Tidur Menjadi Lebih Nyenyak.
English Abstract
Sleep Quality Is A Person’s Satisfaction To Sleep, So The Person Does’t Show Feeling Tired, Anxiety, Lethargy, Apathy And Other Symptoms Of Sleep Deprivation. One Of The Way For Increase Sleep Quality Is Pregnancy Exercise. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determined Relationship Of Pregnancy Exercise With Sleep Quality In Pregnant Women During The Third Trimester In The Village Talangagung Kepanjen Malang. The Research Design Is A Correlative Description With Cross Sectional Approach. The Sampel Selected By Purposive Sampling And The Number Of Sampel Was 22 Respondents. Sleep Quality Was Assessed By The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (Psqi) And Used Spearman Test (P<0,05). The Results Showed That From The 11 Pregnant Women In The Third Trimester Whose Pregnancy Exercise Routine There Are 8 Pregnant Women (36%) Have Good Sleep Quality And 3 Pregnant Women (14%) Have Poor Sleep Quality. Whereas, From 11 Pregnant Women Who Don’t Routinely Perform Pregnancy Exercise There Are 2 Pregnant Women (9%) Have Good Sleep Quality And 9 Pregnant Women (41%) Have Poor Sleep Quality. So It Can Be Concluded That There Is A Relation Pregnancy Exercise With Sleep Quality In Pregnant Women During The Third Trimester In The Village Talangagung Kepanjen Malang. There Is Suggested For Pregnant Women During The Third Trimester Doing Pregnant Exercise Routinely So Sleep More Comfortable
