Abstract

Pemberian pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap petugas kesehatan terutama perawat. Faktor internal dan eksternal dapat mempengaruhi motivasi seseorang, serta kondisi psikologik, sosio, fisik dan finansial adalah beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap di rumah sakit dr. Soepraoen Malang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja adalah berbentuk Linked Scalequesioner terhadap 102 orang perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap rumah sakit dr. Soepraoen Malang mengenai motivasi dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif dengan metode univariat, bivariat dengan menggunakan uji korelasi spearmean. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja baik (52,9%), motivasi cukup (47,1%). Hasil yang diperoleh kepuasan adalah cukup (78,4%), kepuasan yang baik adalah (21,6%). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan ada hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di ruang rawat inap. Saran yang dapat direkomendasikan adalah pentingnya perhatian dari rumah sakit tentang kesejahteraan anggota, peningkatan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan seperti sering diadakan pelatihan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung meningkatkan motivasi seseorang dalam bekerja sehingga diharapkan dengan motivasi yang baik dapat menimbulkan kepuasan kerja yang baik pula.

English Abstract

The provision of health care to patients is an important thing to be considered by every health workers , especially nurses . Internal and external factors can affect a persons motivation , as well as psychological condition , socio , physically and financially are several factors that influence job satisfaction.This research was to determine the relationship of work motivation and job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient unit at the hospital dr . Soepraoen Malang. This research is cross-sectional approach . The research instrument used in work motivation and job satisfaction is shaped Scalequesioner Linked to 102 nurses in the inpatient hospital dr . Soepraoen Malang on motivation and job satisfaction of nurses . The results were analyzed quantitatively with univariate , bivariate correlation test spearmean . The results of this study indicate that good job motivation ( 52.9 % ) , motivation enough ( 47.1 % ) . The results obtained are sufficient satisfaction ( 78.4 % ) , good satisfaction was ( 21.3 % ) . The results of this study stated there is a relationship work motivation and job satisfaction of nurses in the inpatient unit . Suggestions can be recommended is the importance of hospital care about the welfare of members , increasing the skills and knowledge as often held training . This indirectly increases the motivation of a person in work so hopefully with good motivation can lead to better job satisfaction as well
