Abstract
Untuk mengelola SDM di era globalisasi perlu disiapkan untuk mendukung proses terwujudnya SDM yang berkualitas. Dengan produktivitas maka akan meningkatkan SDM. Peningkatan produktivitas dapat menunjang kelangsungan kinerja karyawan. Gender merupakan salah satu isu keberagaman. Kepuasan kerja juga memberikan pengaruh dari karyawan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Jenis penelitian mengunakan data primer dengan melalui pengumpulan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukan bahwa gender tidak berpengaruh dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
