Abstract
Latar Belakang kajian ini adalah adanya beberapa hal dapat menjadi keterlambatan penyelesaian keterlambatan proyek. Penyebabnya diantara lain perubahan desain, cuaca, dan kurang suplai material atau peralatan, dan kesalahan lainnya. Keterlambatan pengerjaan proyek dapat diantisipasi dengan melakukan percepatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Objek penelitian adalah rumah tipe 45 dengan luas 32 m2. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode time study dengan membandingkan hasil pekerjaan eksisting dengan pekerjaan optimalisasi yang menambah jumlah tukang yaitu: 2 tukang 1 pekerja, 2 tukang 2 pekerja, 3 tukang 2 pekerja. Dengan pengamatan langsung dilapangan. Tahap-tahap meliputi: breakdown setiap pekerjaan, pencatatan waktu, menghitung Standard Time, Produktivitas, waktu dan biaya total.
English Abstract
Background of this study is the existence of several things can be a delay in completion of project delays. Causes include changes in design, weather, and lack of supplies of materials or equipment, and other errors. Project delays can be anticipated by accelerating the implementation. The object of this research is 45 type house with area of 32 m2. This study uses the method of time study by comparing the results of existing work with optimization work that adds the number of artisans are: 2 workers 1 worker, 2 workers 2 workers, 3 workers 2 workers. With direct observation in the field. The stages include: breakdown of each job, time recording, calculating Standard Time, Productivity, total time and cost.
