Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pendapatan kepala keluarga, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan lain, usia, pendidikan, nilai tradisi, tingkat religiusitas, dummy zakat, dan dummy THR terhadap konsumsi makanan dan minuman rumah tangga muslim pada Bulan Ramadhan. Untuk itu digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada data yang dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuisioner pada rumah tangga muslim di Desa Sumbersekar Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang dengan purposive sampling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan kepala keluarga, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan lain, usia, pendidikan, nilai tradisi, tingkat religiusitas, dan dummy zakat berpengaruh positif terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi makanan dan minuman rumah tangga muslim pada Bulan Ramadhan, sedangkan untuk dummy THR tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap pengeluaran konsumsi makanan dan minuman rumah tangga muslim pada Bulan Ramadhan.

English Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of income variable of head of household, number of family dependent, other income, age, education, tradition value, religiosity level, dummy alms, and dummy Gratification to consumption of food and drink of Moslem household in Ramadan. Therefore, multiple linear regression analysis was used to collect data with questionnaires distributed to Muslim households in Sumbersekar Village, Dau, Malang using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The results show that the income variable of head of household, the number of family dependent, other income, age, education, tradition value, the level of religiosity and dummy of alms have a positive effect on consumption of food and beverage of Moslem household in Ramadan, while for dummy Gratification has no positive effect to the consumption expenditure of Muslim household food and beverages in the month of Ramadan.
