Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pelayan (Servant Leadership) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Pabrik Gula Tjoekir ) Jombang Drs. M. Djudi Mukzam, M.Si. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pabrik Gula Tjoekir. Untuk pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membagikan kuisioner pada Karyawan Pabrik Gula Tjoekir. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada faktor Kepemimpinan Pelayan (X) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Karyawan Pabrik Gula Tjoekir Jombang.
English Abstract
This research is aimed to understand The Influence of Leadership Service ( Servant Leadership ) toward Employees Work Productivity ( a Case Study In Pabrik Gula Tjoekir) Jombang Drs .M .Djudi mukzam , M.Si. The subject of this study is the employees of Pabrik Gula Tjoekir. To take the data, the researcher provided questionnaire to the employees In Pabrik Gula Tjoekir. To analyze the data, the researcher use statistical analysis that consist of simple linear regression analysis and testing the determination coefficient (R2). The result of the study shows that there is positive and significant influences of servant leadership (X) on employees work productivity at Pabrik Gula Tjoekir.
