Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Intention to Leave dengan Mediasi Organizational Commitment dan Moderasi Alternative Job Opportunities. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Supraharmonia Consultindo dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun dengan total 94 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Partial Least Square (PLS), menggunakan 3.0 SmartPLS program. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave dan berpengaruh terhadap organizational commitment, organizational commitment berpengaruh terhadap intention to leave, organizational commitment mampu memediasi pengaruh dari job satisfaction terhadap intention to leave, dan alternative job opportunities tidak memoderasi pengaruh dari job satisfaction terhadap intention to leave.

English Abstract

The Objective of this study is to asses and analyze the effect of job satisfaction o intention to leave with the mediation of organizational commitment and moderation of alternative job opportunities. The data of this quantitative study was collected from questionnaires. Using saturated sampling, all 94 employees of PT. Supraharmonia Consultindo were selected as the sample. All respondents have worked for the company for at least one year. The results of the Partial Least Squares analysis performed in SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result is indicate that job satisfaction does not influence organizational commitment, organizational commitment influence intention to leave, organizational commitment mediated the influence of job satisfaction on intention to leave, and alternative job opportunities does not moderate the effect of job satisfaction on intention to leave.
