Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia. Oleh karena itu, umat Islam perlu dilindungi untuk memperoleh produk halal. Saat ini, masih banyak Rumah Potong Ayam (RPA) yang belum tersertifikasi halal. Kesulitan utama pemilik RPA melakukan proses sertifikasi halal adalah kurangnya pemahaman terhadap jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan. Karena itu, penentuan analisis biaya sertifikasi halal dapat menjadi solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pemodelan matematis perhitungan biaya sertifikasi halal pada RPA, kemudian diintegrasikan ke program aplikasi berbasis web. Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk merancang pemodelan matematis perhitungan biaya sertifikasi halal, kemudian diintegrasikan ke sistem aplikasi berbasis web. Perancangan sistem dalam membangun aplikasi ini menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML) dan perancangan antarmuka (interface). Teknik pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan software phpMyAdmin dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai database. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya sertifikasi halal pada RPA merupakan total biaya yang disetor ke LPPOM MUI sebelum proses audit dan biaya akomodasi auditor saat proses audit. Komponen variabel biaya yang disetor ke LPPOM MUI terdiri dari biaya registrasi, biaya honorarium auditor, biaya asuransi perjalanan auditor, biaya sosialisasi, biaya administrasi, biaya kapasitas produksi, dan biaya outlet tambahan. Komponen variabel biaya akomodasi auditor saat proses audit terdiri dari biaya konsumsi, biaya transportasi, dan biaya penginapan. Aplikasi yang dibangun dapat digunakan pemilik RPA untuk menghitung sendiri perkiraan biaya pengajuan sertifikasi halal.
English Abstract
Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Therefore, Muslims need to be protected in obtaining halal food products. Until now, there are still many Chicken Slaughterings have not carried out the halal certification. The main problem for Chicken Slaughterhouse owners of doing it is because of the lack of understanding of the number of halal certification costs that must be spent. Therefore, determining the calculation of the analysis of halal certification costs can be the solution. This research aims to design mathematical modeling of halal certification costs in Chicken Slaughterings then integrated it into the form of a Web-based application program. The study uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. This method is used to design mathematical modeling of calculating the halal certification costs then integrated into a Web-based application. The system design to build this application uses Unified Model Language (UML) and interface. The testing technique uses the Black Box Testing. The application is built using phpMyAdmin software with the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The results showed that halal certification costs of Chicken Slaughterings arethe total costs that are paid to LPPOM MUI before the audit process and the auditor's accommodation costs during the audit process. The cost components that paid to LPPOM MUI consist of registration fees, auditor honorarium fees, auditor's travel insurance fees, socialization fees, administration fees, production capacity fees, and additional outlet fees. The cost components of the auditor's accommodation during the audit process consists of consumption fees, transportation fees, and lodging fees. The application built can be used by the Chicken Slaughterhouse owners to do their own calculation of the estimated amount of halal certification costs.
