Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi karyawan tetap PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur yang berjumlah 80 orang. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari data primer (hasil kuesioner) dan data sekunder (jurnal, skripsi, maupun buku-buku referensi yang terkait dengan topik penelitian). Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel independen (beban kerja (X)), variabel perantara (kepuasan kerja (Z)) dan variabel dependen (prestasi kerja (Y)). Pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert. Uji instrumen penelitian terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel prestasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan dapat memediasi pengaruh variabel beban kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The research sample is the entire permanent employee population of PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur, amounting to 80 people. Research data sources consist of primary data (questionnaire results) and secondary data (journals, theses, and reference books related to the research topic). Data collection methods consist of questionnaires and documentation. The research variables consist of independent variables (workload (X)), intermediate variables (job satisfaction (Z)) and dependent variables (work performance (Y)). Retrieval of data using a Likert scale. The research instrument test consists of a validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The method of data analysis uses path analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that workload directly had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction directly had a positive and significant effect on work performance, the workload had a significant effect on work performance variables and job satisfaction could significantly mediate the effect of workload variables on work performance PT employees. Wismilak Inti Makmur.
