Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh Job Burnout (X) terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y1) dam Organizational Commitment (Y2) secara parsial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 86 karyawan Perum PPD Jakarta Cab SBU Transbusway Ciputat. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 86 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis yang peneliti lakukan maka hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Variabel Job Burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Variabel Job Burnout berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organzational Commitment. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment dan Variabel Job Burnout berpengaruh signfikan terhadap Organizational Commitment melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui besarnya nilai sig < 0,05. Secara parsial variabel Job Burnout mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan organizational commitment dan untuk variabel Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap organizational commitment. Hal ini dapat dinilai dari nilai koefisien jalur apakah dia positif atau negatif. Besarnya nilai koefiisen jalur secara berututan sebesar -0,955 , -0,311 , 0,658, dan -0,628 serta tingkat signifikansinya ( sig ) sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), 0,004 (0,004< 0,05), 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), dan 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05)
English Abstract
This study aims to explain and analyze the effect of Job Burnout (X) on Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Organizational Commitment (Y2) partially. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 86 employees of Perum PPD Jakarta Cab SBU Transbusway Ciputat. The number of samples taken was 86 employees. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis (path analysis). Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing that the researchers did, the results of this study can be concluded as follows. Job Burnout variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Variable Job Burnout has a significant effect on Organzational Commitment. Variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Variable Job Burnout has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction. This can be seen through the sig value <0.05. Partially Job Burnout variable has a negative influence on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and for Job Satisfaction variables has a positive influence on organizational commitment. This can be assessed from the path coefficient value whether he is positive or negative. The value of the path coefficient coefficient is -0,955, -0,311, 0,658, and -0,628 and the significance level (sig) is 0,000 (0,000 <0,05), 0,004 (0,004 <0,05), 0,000 (0,000 <0,05 ), and 0,000 (0,000 <0,05)
