Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari variabel kepuasan kerja, kepribadian karyawan, dan organizational citizenship behaviour, mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, serta mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kepribadian karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Malang Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 100 Kota Malang Jawa Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Area Malang yang berjumlah 86 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Saturation Sampling dengan melibatkan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel yaitu sejumlah 86 karyawan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada responden dan data sekunder yang berasal dari dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis deskriptif dari variabel kepuasan kerja menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 4,07 yang berarti karyawan telah memiliki kepuasan kerja, rata-rata variabel kepribadian karyawan sebesar 4,08 yang berarti karyawan memiliki kepribadian yang baik, serta rata-rata variabel organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 4,02 yang berarti organizational citizenship behavior dalam keadaan baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian diketahui thitung > ttabel (2,623 > 1,989) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, diketahui pula thitung > ttabel (4,050 > 1,989) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepribadian karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Hasil selanjutnya diketahui Fhitung > Ftabel (45,703 > 3,107) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari variabel kepuasan kerja dan kepribadian karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,524 yang menunjukkan proporsi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kepribadian karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship bevaiour sebesar 52,4%. Hasil tersebut berarti 52,4% organizational citizenship behaviour dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan kepribadian karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 47,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas di dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
This research aims to find out the description of job satisfaction variable, employee personality, and organizational citizenship behaviour, to know the influence of job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behaviour, to know the influence of employee personality to organizational citizenship behaviour, and to know the influence of kaizen behaviour and employee personality to organizational citizenship behaviour. The type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Area Malang Jl. Basuki Rahmat No. 100 Malang, East Java. The population in this research is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Area Malang which amounted to 86 employees. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling with involving all of the population as sample which amounted to 86 employees. Sources of data in this research were obtained from the primary data by spreading questionnairs to the respondents and secondary data obtained from documentation. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression. The result of descriptive analysis of job satisfaction variable show an average 4,07 which mean employees was have job satisfaction, the average employee personality variable is 4,08 which mean that the employees has a good personality, and the average organizational citizenship behaviour is 4,02 which mean organizational citizenship behaviour was in good condition. The result of hypothesis testing is known tcount > ttable (2,623 > 1,989) indicate there is significant influence of job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behaviour, also known tcount > ttable (4,050 > 1,989) indicate there is significant influence of employee personality to organizational citizenship behaviour. Next result is known Fcount > Ftable (45,703 > 3, 107) indicate there is significant influence simultaneously from job satisfaction variable and employee personality to organizational citizenship behaviour. The value of determination coefficient (R2) is 0,524 which shows the proportion of influence of job satisfaction and employee personality to organizational citizenship behaviour equal to 52,4%. These result mean that 52,4% organizational citizenship behaviour is influenced by kaizen behaviour and employee personality, while the remaining 47,6% is influenced by other factors was not discussed in this research.
