Abstract

Pada dasarnya seseorang dalam bekerja akan merasa nyaman dan memiliki kesetian yang tinggi pada perusahaan apabila dalam bekerjanya memperoleh kepuasan kerja sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. karyawan yang puas cenderung akan berbicara positif mengenai organisasi, membantu individu lain, dan melewati harapan normal dalam pekerjaan mereka. Kepuasan kerja yang tinggi juga dapat mempengaruhi terciptanya komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan 1) pengaruh langsung variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y), 2) variabel Kepuasan kerja (X) terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (Z), 3) menjelaskan pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional (Z) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) dan 4) pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja (X) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) melalui Komitmen Organisasional (Z) Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 responden. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Dalam menganilis data menggunakan program SPSS for wondows. Hasil pengaruh langsung variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) sebesar 0.243, hasil pengaruh langsung variabel Kepuasan kerja (X) terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (Z) sebesar 0.684, hasil pengaruh langsung variabel Komitmen Organisasional (Z) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) sebesar 0.612, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung variabel kepuasan kerja (X) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) melalui Komitmen Organisasional (Z) adalah 0.418.

English Abstract

Basically someone in work will feel comfortable and have high loyalty to the company if in working to get job satisfaction in accordance with what is desired. Satisfied employees tend to talk positively about the organization, help other individuals, and exceed normal expectations in their work. High job satisfaction can also influence the creation of organizational commitment. This study aims to explain 1) the direct effect of Job Satisfaction variable (X) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y), 2) variable Job Satisfaction (X) on Organizational Commitment (Z), 3) explain the influence of Organizational Commitment (Z) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) and 4) the influence of job satisfaction variables (X) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) through Organizational Commitment (Z) The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 62 respondents. the sampling technique uses random sampling. Data analysis in this study uses Path Analysis. In releasing data using the SPSS for wondows program.
