Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) adalah perilaku tambahan diluar diskripsi pekerjaan dalam organisasi. Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat membentuk organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan menjadi lebih baik, diantaranya kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT. Astra International Tbk-TSO Auto 2000 Malang Sutoyo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) terhadap kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 142 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan mengambil sampel dari setiap divisi yang ada di PT. Astra International Tbk-TSO Auto 2000 Malang Sutoyo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan path analisis dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kepemimpinan pelayan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh antara kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) memiliki pengaruh pada kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hal tersebut menunjukkan semakin tinggi kepemimpinan pelayan (servant leadership) akan berdampak positif pada kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

English Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is an additional behavior beyond job descriptions in the organization. There are many factors that can form employee Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to be better, including servant leadership and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Astra International Tbk - Auto 2000 TSO Malang Sutoyo. The type of research used is explanatory research. This study explains the effect of servant leadership on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in this research was 142 people. The sample in this research was 59 people. The sampling technique used in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling by taking samples from each division in PT. Astra International Tbk - Auto 2000 TSO Malang Sutoyo. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The researcher used path analysis with SPSS version 23. Analysis result shows that servant leadership variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction, servant leadership variables have a significant effect on organizational citizenshipbehavior (OCB), job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and job satisfaction mediates the influence between leadership servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The conclusions of this research shows that servant leadership has an influence on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). It means that the higher servant leadership will have a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
