Permata, Novilla Anindya (2018) Pengaruh Pemberian Tepung Kulit Mangga Manalagi (Mangifera Indica L.) Terhadap Aktivitas Enzim SOD Serum Tikus Putih (Norvegicus Strain Wistar) Jantan Yang Diberi Diet Tinggi Lemak. Sarjana thesis, Universitas Brawijaya.
Abstract
English Abstract
diet high in fat can lower serum SOD enzyme activity. Then, the exogenous antioxidants needed can be obtained from flour containing manalagi mango skin 181.4110 ± 3.818 mg/L total phenol. This research aims to know the influence of the giving of the flour skin against manalagi mango enzyme activity of serum SOD. Experimental study of using the post test control group design in which the male Wistar rats performed against. The samples were divided into five groups, with each group of 5 mice, however, over time the research during the 42 days there are dead rats especially the P3 gets a dose of 1.6 g of flour so that the remaining dead all K (-) 5 tail, K (+) 5 tail, P1 dose 0.4 g flour 4 tail, and P2 0.8 g dose 3 tail. Mango's skin flour manalagi interventions made by way of drying in an oven temperature of 100 ° C for 3 hours. The variable measured is enzyme activity of serum SOD with the method spektofotometri. Lab results obtained average serum SOD enzyme activity, i.e. K (-) 27.378 U/mL, K (+) 25.778 U/mL U/mL 26.278 P1, and P2 25.630 U/mL. Based on the test results one way ANOVA, obtained as a result p = 0,623 (p > 0.05) indicating that the absence of differences of serum SOD enzyme activity data in the four treatment groups or the results are not significant. Where the average serum SOD enzyme activities on the P2 approach K (-) which could be due to the presence of prooxidation polyphenol.
