Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat penggunaan Traveloka berbasis teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan Persepsi Kegunaan dan Persepsi Kemudahan dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Kesesuaian dari Diffusion Innovation Theory (DIT), Kepercayaan dan Sikap. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan metode survei kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Teknik pengambilan sampel minimum yang digunakan adalah sepuluh kali jumlah jalur struktural. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 261 responden, yakni mahasiswa aktif Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konstruk persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan kesesuaian berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap penggunaan, serta sikap penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat penggunaan Traveloka.
English Abstract
This study aims to empirically examining factors influencing the intention to use information technology-based “Traveloka” using perceived usefulness and perceive ease of use of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), compatibility of Diffusion Innovation Theory (DIT), trust and attitude variables. The research applies Partial Least Square as the statistical tools and questionnaire survey method to obtain the data. The minimum sampling technique used is ten times the number of structural paths. The respondents are 261 Accounting Department students of Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya. The results of the study indicate that the constructs of perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, and compatibility have a positive effect on the attitude towards the use and that the attitude positively influences the intention to use “Traveloka”
