Abstract
Penelitian dilatarbelakangi pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia di dalam perusahaan yang memiliki kepuasan kerja, komitmen karyawan dan turnover intention. Setiap individu berkeinginan agar kebutuhan itu akan meningkat sejalan dengan peningkatan karir atau jenjang jabatannya dalam perusahaan, dengan demikian perusahaan dapat mengetauhi seberapa besar tingkat turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dan tingginya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan dan turnover intention karyawan Management Office Malang Town Square. Jenis ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Managemen Office Malang Town Square yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah kurang dari 100, maka teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan data skunder dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis jalur (path analysis. Dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows). Hasil penetian ini secara deskriptif menunjukan bahawa kepuasan kerja tinggi, komitmen karyawan tinggi dan turnover intention rendah pada Management Office Malang Town Square. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, komitmen karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Bagi Management Office Malang Town Square diharapkan memberi kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk naik jabatan, apabila karyawan tersebut telah bekerja dengan baik selama bekerja. Bagi Management Office Malang Town Square diharapkan untuk menyamakan prinsip perusahaan dengan prinsip karyawan dan tetap mempekerjakan karyawan dengan jenis pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan devisi masing-masing.
English Abstract
The research is motivated by the importance of human resource role within the company that has job satisfaction, employee commitment and turnover intention. Each individual wishes that the need will increase in line with the improvement of career or level of position within the company, this the company to know how much the level of turnover intention. This study aims to know how big and high influence of job satisfaction on employee commitment and turnover intention employees Management Office Malang Town Square. This type is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Population in this research is all employees of Office Management Malang Town Square which amounted to 50 employees. This study uses a sample of less than 100, then the sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The measurement scale used in this research is Likert scale. Data sources were obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data with documentation. This research uses path analysis (with the help of SPSS for windows software). The results of this descriptive descriptively show that high job satisfaction, high employee commitment and low turnover intention at Malang Town Square Management Office. Based on the analysis found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee commitment, employee commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction have negative and significant effect to turnover intention. For Malang Town Square Management Office is expected to provide an opportunity for employees to rise position, if the employee has been working well during the work. For Malang Town Square Management Office is expected to equate the principle of company with the principle of employees and keep employing employees with the type of work in accordance with their respective divisions.
