Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara Aesthetic Appeal terhadap E-Trust secara signifikan, (2) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara Layout and Functionality terhadap E-Trust secara signifikan, (3) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara Financial Security terhadap E-Trust secara signifikan, (4) mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Aesthetic Appeal, Layout and Functionality dan Financial Security terhadap ETrust secara bersama- sama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Aesthetic Appeal, Layout and Functionality, Financial Security dan E-Trust. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga Jakarta pengguna Tokopedia yang pernah mengakses website Tokopedia dengan usia minimal 18 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Aesthetic Appeal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap E-Trust, Layout and Functionality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap E-Trust, Financial Security berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap E-Trust, serta Aesthetic Appeal, Layout and Functionality dan Financial Security secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap E-Trust.

English Abstract

This research aims to (1) know and explain the influence of Aesthetic Appeal on E-Trust significantly, (2) to know and explain the influence between Layout and Functionality to E-Trust significantly, (3) to know and explain the influence of Financial Security to e- trust, (4) to know and describe the Aesthetic Appeal, Layout and Functionality and Financial Security of E-Trust together. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Variables in this research include Aesthetic Appeal, Layout and Functionality, Financial Security and E-Trust. The population in this research is users of Tokopedia in Jakarta who have accessed Tokopedia’s website with a minimum age of 18 years old. The sample in this study was 112 respondents with purposive sampling technique and to collect data this research used online questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of linear multiple regression shows that Aesthetic Appeal have significant influence to E-Trust, Layout and Functionality have significant influence to E-Trust, Financial Security have significant influence to E-Trust, and Aesthetic Appeal, Layout and Functionality and Financial Security together have significant influence to E-Trust.
