Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap bagian pelaksana (golongan I dan II) Pabrik Gula Modjopanggoong Tulungagung yang berjumlah 146 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proportionate strata random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data sekunder dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,925 dan signifikan t 0,000. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,433 dan signifikan t 0,038. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kineja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,395 dan signifikan t 0,040. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) tidak memediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai pengaruh langsung yang lebih besar daripada pengaruh tidak langsungnya.
English Abstract
This study aims to find out and explain the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), find out and explain the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance, find out and explain the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, know and explain the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were permanent employees of the implementing section (class I and II) of Modjopanggoong Tulungagung Sugar Factory totaling 146 employees. The sampling technique used is proportional strata random sampling with the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 60 employees. Data sources are obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data with documentation. This study usesPath Analysiswith the help ofsoftware SPSS 25.0. The results showed that job satisfaction had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a path coefficient value of 0.925 and a significant t 0,000. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.433 and a significant t 0.038. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.395 and a significant t 0.040. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) does not mediate job satisfaction with employee performance with a value of direct influence that is greater than its indirect influence.
