Abstract

Kebiasaan Sarapan Adalah Kegiatan Mengkonsumsi Makanan Diantara Jam 06.00-10.00 Pagi Yang Dilakukan Secara Teratur Dan Berkelanjutan. Sedangkan Performa Akademik Adalah Setiap Gerakan, Perbuatan, Pelaksanaan, Kegiatan Atau Tindakan Yang Dilakukan Siswa Yang Diarahkan Untuk Mencapai Tujuan Atau Target Tertentu Yaitu Kemajuan Atau Keberhasilan Dalam Program Pendidikan. Konsumsi Sarapan Bisa Mempengaruhi Kinerja Kognitif Dengan Mengurangi Kelaparan, Dan Telah Dikaitkan Dengan Masalah Emosional, Perilaku, Dan Performa Akademik Pada Anak. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Membuktikan Bahwa Adanya Hubungan Antara Kebiasaan Sarapan Dengan Performa Akademik Pada Anak Kelas 4-5 Sekolah Dasar Di Sdn Sumbersari 1 Malang. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Secara Observasional Analitik Dengan Metode Pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel Dipilih Dengan Cara Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah Sampel Sebanyak 36 Responden. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Responden Yang Memiliki Kebiasaan Selalu Sarapan Sebanyak 15 Responden (42%), Yang Memiliki Kebiasaan Kadang-Kadang Sarapan Sebanyak 21 Responden (58%), Yang Memiliki Performa Akademik Diatas Rata-Rata Sebanyak 10 Responden (28%) Dan Yang Memiliki Performa Akademik Rata-Rata Sebanyak 26 Responden (72%). Dari Hasil Pengolahan Data Menggunakan Uji Statistik Rank Spearman Pada Spss For Windows 19 Dengan Taraf Signifikansi 95% (Α = 0,05) Diperoleh Nilai P<0,05. Kesimpulan Dari Penelitian Ini Adalah Terdapat Hubungan Antara Kebiasaan Sarapan Dengan Performa Akademik Pada Anak Kelas 4-5 Sekolah Dasar Di Sdn Sumbersari 1 Malang. Saran Untuk Penelitian Selanjutnya Untuk Mengambil Sampel Dengan Jumlah Yang Lebih Banyak, Menambah Instrument Dengan Pertanyaan Terbuka Sehingga Dapat Memperoleh Data Lebih Mendalam Dan Dapat Melakukan Pemeriksaan Fisik.

English Abstract

The Habit Of Breakfast Is Activity Meal Between Of 06:00 To 10:00 Am Regularly And Continuously. While Academic Performance Is Every Movement, Action, Activity Of The Student That Directed To Achieve Specific Goals Or Targets Or Success Of The Educational Program. The Consumption Of Breakfast Can Affect Cognitive Performance By Reducing Hunger, And Has Been Associated With Emotional Problems, Behavior, And Academic Performance In Children. The Purposes Of This Study Was To Determine The Relationship Between Breakfast Habits With The Academic Performance Of Children Grades 4-5 Elementary School In Sdn Sumbersari 1 Malang. The Method Used Is Simple Random Sampling With Cross Sectional Design. The Total Sample Was 36 Respondents. And Results Showed That Respondents Who Have A Habit Of Always Breakfast As Much As 15 Respondents (42%), Which Has A Habit Of Sometimes Breakfast As Much As 21 Respondents (58%), Which Has The Academic Performance Above The Average As Much As 10 Respondents (28%) And Which Has An Average Academic Performance As Much As 26 Respondents (72%). From The Data Processing Using The Rank Spearman Statistical Test On Spss For Windows 19 With The 95% Significance Level (Α = 0.05) Was Obtained Value Of P <0.05. The Conclusion From This Study Is There Is A Relationship Between Breakfast Habits With The Academic Performance Of Children Grades 4-5 Elementary School In Sdn Sumbersari 1 Malang. Suggestions For Further Research To Take Samples With Higher Numbers, Add Instrument With An Open Question So Obtain The Data More Deeply And May Perform A Physical Examination.
