Abstract
Di Indonesia, sistem pendokumentasian keperawatan pada umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya kelalaian dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan masih sangat besar dan banyak tindakan keperawatan yang sudah diberikan ke pasien tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis teknologi informasi, maka proses pendokumentasian dan aktivitas keperawatan dapat berlangsung efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen asuhan keperawatan anak berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat dengan desain penelitian quasi experimental dengan pendekatan pre test-post test pada kelompok perlakuan dengan jumlah sampel 16 perawat anak. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kepuasan kerja perawat sebelum aplikasi SIM didapatkan seluruh perawat menyatakan puas (100%) dan sesudah aplikasi SIM Keperawatan didapatkan 6,25% menyatakan sangat puas dan selebihnya menyatakan puas (93,75%). Dari analisa uji wilcoxon matches pairs untuk pre dan post test didapatkan hasil Z= -2,619, dengan sig.0,009 (p<0,05) Hal ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh aplikasi SIM Keperawatan anak terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat. Diharapkan SIM keperawatan anak berbasis teknologi informasi ini dapat memudahkan perawat dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan yang lebih berkualitas dan terstandar serta dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat
English Abstract
In Indonesia, generally the system of nursing documentation is still applied manually so that the possibility of negligence in the provision of nursing care services are still high and many nursing implementation that have been given to patients is not well documented. By using management information system based on information technology. The process of documentation and nursing activities can be both effective and efficient. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of nursing care management information system based on information technology to the job satisfaction of nurses with a quasi - experimental research designed with pre and post test approach in the group treated with a sample of 16 nurses. This research instrument used a questionnaire to collect data. Based on the research results of the job satisfaction of nurses before the Child Nursing management information system application obtained all nurses were satisfied (100%) and after application of 6.25% obtained expressed great satisfaction and the rest of nurses were satisfied (93.75%). From the analysis of matches pairs Wilcoxon test for pre and post test results obtained Z = - 2.619, with sig. 0,009 (p <0.05). It shows that there is an influence of child nursing management information system application on the job satisfaction of nurses. It is expected that child nursing management information system based on information technology can facilitate nurses in nursing care of a higher quality and standardized and improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
