Abstract
Kreativitas merupakan kemampuan individu untuk berkreasi menciptakan sesuatu baik yang bersifat baru maupun yang kombinasi, berbeda, dan unik tergantung pengalaman yang dimiliki. Sedangkan pola komunikasi orang tua adalah proses penyampaian pesan atau informasi dari orang tua kepada anak baik secara verbal maupun nonverbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pola komunikasi orang tua dengan tingkat kreativitas pada anak usia sekolah dasar (10-12 tahun) di SDN Dinoyo 4 Kota Malang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan studi observasional dengan. Sampel dipilih dengan metode Proportional Random Sampling dan besar sampel 92 anak. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner pola komunikasi orang tua untuk variabel pola komunikasi orang tua sedangkan untuk variabel tingkat kreativitas menggunakan tes kreatifitas verbal (TKV). Dari 92 diketahui sebagian besar anak (57,6%) memiliki pola komunikasi orang tua positif. Sedangkan untuk tingkat kreativitas sebagian besar anak (35,9%) memiliki tingkat kreativitas tinggi. Dari analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi 0,436 dan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 dengan tingkat signifikasi 95% (α= 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan antara pola komunikasi orang tua dengan tingkat kreativitas pada anak usia sekolah dasar (10-12 tahun) di SDN Dinoyo 4 Kota Malang.
English Abstract
Creativity is an individual ability to create something new or combination, different, and unique. It’s depend on the experiences in the life. Parental communication patterns is the process of delivering a message or information from parents to children both verbally and nonverbally . The aim of this research is to know correlation between parental communication patterns with the level of creativity in children of primary school age ( 10-12 years ) in SDN Dinoyo 4 Malang. This research use cross sectional approach with observational study. The sample for this research is selected by proportional random sampling method and use 92 children. The data is taken using a questionnaire parental communication patterns for variable of parental communication patterns. But to scale of creativity level use verbal creativity tes. From 92 respondents is known mayority of the children ( 57.6 % ) had a positive parental communication patterns. As for the level of creativity most of the children ( 35.9 % ) had a high level of creativity .This data analized by Rank Spearman correlation test and the result is correlation coefficient 0.436 and p value of 0.000 with a significance level of 95 % ( α = 0.05 ). It can be concluded that there is relationship between Parent Communication Patterns with the level of Creativity of children age of Elementary School (10-12 years) in Public Schools Country Dinoyo 4 Malang
