Abstract
Depresi dan ansietas banyak dikaitkan pada pasien dengan penyakit kronis seperti penyakit jantung, stroke, diabetes mellitus, asma dan kanker., yang dapat menyebabkan atau akibat dari penyakit kronis tersebut. Salah satu penyakit kronis yang menjadi masalah kesehatan yang sangat penting karena berisiko menyebabkan kematian, risiko penyakit jantung dan penyebab kecacatan nomor tiga di dunia yaitu hipertensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan depresi dan ansietas terhadap derajat hipertensi di Poliklinik Jantung RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan metode purposive sampling. Pasien yang datang ke poliklinik jantung dilakukan pengukuran tekanan darah dan dilakukan pengelompokan sesuai dengan klasifikasi dari Report of the Joint National Committee on Detection, Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC 8) dan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi (n=181) diberikan inform concent untuk mengikuti penelitian dan melengkapi kuesioner Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Hasil dari pengukuran tekanan darah di dapatkan 68,50% responden mengalami hipertensi derajat 1 dan 31,50% responden mengalami hipertensi derajat 2. Hasil dari HADS di dapatkan bahwa 63,50% responden dalam kriteria normal, 15,50% responden dalam batas abnormal dan 21% responden dalam kriteria abnormal. Uji bivariat terhadap hubungan gejala depresi dan ansietas dengan derajat hipertensi dengan menggunakan uji statistic koefisien korelasi Spearman Rank didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan (P=0,003) dengan nilai korelasi positif (+0,218). Disarankan terutama kepada tenaga kesehatan untuk lebih memperhatikan keadaan psikologikal pasien untuk mengoptimalkan pemberian pelayanan kesehatan yang maksimal.
English Abstract
Depression and anxiety in patients is associated with chronic disease such as heart failure, stroke, diabetes mellituse, asthma and cancer., which can be cause or a consequence of the chronic disease. One of the chronic diseases that become a very important health issue because of the risk of causing death, the worlds third cause for the risk of heart disease and disability is hypertension. This study was conducted to examine the relationship of depression and anxiety to the degree of hypertension in Dr. Saiful Anwar General Hospital Malang outpatient clinic, using cross-sectional research design with purposive sampling method. Patients who come to the clinic is treated for measuring blood pressure and categorized in accordance with the classification of Report of the Joint National Committee on Detection, Evaluation and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC 8) and who met the inclusion criteria (n = 181) given informed concent to participate in the study and completed questionnaires of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). The results of blood pressure measurement obtained 68.50% of the respondents had degree 1 hypertension and 31.50 % of respondents had degree 2 hypertension., while the results of the HADS obtained that 63.50% of respondents in the normal category, 15.50 % of respondents in the abnormal category limit and 21% of respondents in the abnormal criteria. Bivariate test of the relationship of depression and anxiety symptoms with the degree of hypertension by using a statistical test of Spearman Rank correlation coefficient obtained a significant correlation (P = 0.003) with a positive correlation (+0.218). It is recommended especially for health workers to pay more attention to psychological state of the patient to optimize the provision of health services maximally.
