Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menganalisis kesadaran Mahasiswa Program Studi Agribisnis mengenai produk kopi yang berkelanjutan (sustainable); (2) Menganalisis perilaku sustainable yang ditunjukkan Mahasiswa Program Studi Agribisnis dalam konsumsi produk kopi; dan (3) Menganalisis hubungan antara kesadaran mengenai produk kopi yang berkelanjutan dengan perilaku sustainable dalam konsumsi produk kopi. Metode penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), yaitu Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya, dengan objek penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Agribisnis. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 222 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini mengunakan data primer yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran angket atau kuesioner kepada Mahasiswa Program Studi Agribisnis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mahasiswa Program Studi Agribisnis tidak memiliki kesadaran mengenai produk kopi yang berkelanjutan, artinya dalam melakukan konsumsi produk kopi, Mahasiswa tidak didasari oleh kesadarannya mengenai produk kopi yang berkelanjutan. Disamping itu, konsumsi Mahasiswa terhadap produk kopi yang berkelanjutan sebesar 91%. Hal ini tidak memiliki hubungan antara kesadaran dan konsumsi Mahasiswa yang berkelanjutan. Artinya, setiap aktivitas konsumsi produk kopi yang dilakukan Mahasiswa, tidak didasari mengenai kesadaran terhadap peroduk kopi yang berkelanjutan, sedangkan ada faktor lain diluar dari bahasan penelitian ini yang mempengaruhi perilaku Mahasiswa dalam melakukan konsumsi produk kopi yang berkelanjutan yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
The objective of this research is : (1) analyzing the awareness of Agribusiness Study Program students on sustainable coffee products; (2) analyzing the sustainable behavior that found among Agribusiness Study Program on consumption of coffee products; and (3) analyzing the relationship between awareness about sustainable coffee products and sustainable behavior on consumption of coffee products. The determining the research location used purposive method, Faculty of Agriculture, Brawijaya University with the object of research is the Student of Agribusiness Studies Program. Determination of the number of samples used simple random sampling method with 222 respondents. The data collection used simple random sampling method in form of questionnare. the collected data analized with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The students of Agribusiness Study Program are not aware of sustainable coffee products, in terms of consumption products, Students are not based on their awareness of sustainable coffee products. In addition, the Student's consumption of sustainable coffee products is about 91%. There is no relationship between awareness and sustained consumption by students. Every coffee product consumption conducted by Student is not based on awareness of sustainable coffee product, and there are other factors outside of this research topic that influence student behavior in consuming product.
