Abstract
Malang sebagai kota yang terkenal sebagai kota pelajar menjadi area potensial bergeraknya industri jasa. Salah satu industri jasa yang digeluti para pelaku bisnis adalah industri jasa barbershop. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepuasan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Richdjoe Barbershop Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research di mana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelisik antara variabel bebas dari kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu loyalitas pelanggan pada Richdjoe Barbershop Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling aksidental dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 97 responden. Bentuk pengujian menggunakan software SPSS v.21. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara parsial. Sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jika diuji secara simultan maka ada pengaruh antara variabel independen yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
English Abstract
The fact that Malang is a city for students makes the city potential for business industry; one of which is barbershop business. This study tries to identify the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Richdjoe Barbershop. The objective of this explanatory research is to determine the influence of independent variables, i.e. service quality and customer satisfaction, on the dependent variable, i.e. customer loyalty in Richdjoe Barbershop. Using accidental sampling, 97 people were selected as the respondent. Using SPSS 21, this study finds that, partially, service quality does not significantly influence customer loyalty while customer satisfaction does. However, the independent variables; i.e. service quality and customer satisfaction, simultaneously influence customer loyalty.
