Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan Bank Jatim Cabang Malang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal (causal). Populasi yang digunakan adalah empat bagian pada Bank Jatim Cabang Malang, yaitu bagian pemasaran teller, kredit, dan pelayanan nasabah dengan sample sebanyak 78 karyawan. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling dengan karakteristik bekerja pada bagian teller, pelayanan nasabah, pemasaran, dan kredit. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Untuk pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji t. Hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan. Kemudian, dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh antar variabel sebesar 0,380 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan sebesar 38,0% sedangkan sisanya 62,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction variable and work motivation partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of Bank Jatim Branch Malang. Type of research used is causal research. The population used is four parts of Bank Jatim Branch Malang, which is the marketing of teller, credit, and customer service with a sample of 78 employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with characteristics work on the teller, customer service, marketing, and credit. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis used t test. The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that job satisfaction variable has no significant effect on organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees and work motivation significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employee. Then, seen from the value of Adjusted R Square shows that the magnitude of influence between variables of 0.380 which means there is influence between job satisfaction and work motivation to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees of 38.0% while the remaining 62.0% explained by other variables not examined in this study.
