Abstract
PT. Campina Ice Cream adalah perusahaan yang berdiri dibidang Ice Cream. Kondisi persaingan yang ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan kompensasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Campina Ice Cream dengan jumlah karyawan 350, menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% didapatkan 187 karyawan PT. Campina Ice Cream sebagai responden. Dengan metode pengumpulan data didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perusahaan Campina Ice Cream sudah memberikan kompensasi secara adil, memotivasi karyawan dengan cara promosi jabatan.
English Abstract
PT. Campina Ice Cream is a company working in ice cream industry. The current conditions of intense competition requires companies to have employees with high performance, which is influenced by motivation and compensation. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance. The population of this research is 350 employees of PT. Campina Ice Cream. Using Slovin formula with 5% error rate, 187 employees are selected as the respondents. The result of this research shows that motivation and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the company has provided fair compensation and motivated employees by promotion.
