Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Ijen Suites Kota Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan objek penelitian adalah Hotel Ijen Suites Kota Malang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 responden dengan menggunakan teknik judgement sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Ijen Suites Kota Malang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Ijen Suites Kota Malang. Dan tinggi rendahnya kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja.
English Abstract
This study aims to explain test the influence of variables Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction influence partially on Employee Performance at Hotel Ijen Suites Malang. This research is an explanatory research with the object of research is Hotel Ijen Suites Malang. The number of samples used is 50 respondents using sample technique. The results showed that individually (partial) Work Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Hotel Ijen Suites Malang. Variables of Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of positive regression coefficient (+). It shows that Job Motivation and Job Satisfaction have influence to improve Employee Performance at Hotel Ijen Suites Malang. This means high employee performance is influenced by work motivation and job satisfaction. Relationship between Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction with Employee Performance Hotel Ijen Suites Malang is strong.
