Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja adalah pengukuran yang digunakan untuk membantu meningkatkan kinerja management sebuah perusahaan. Pada tahun 2014 - 2015 UB Guest House mengalami penurunan kinerja managemen oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja UB Guest House secara keseluruhan bukan hanya dari segi financial akan tetapi dari segi non-financial sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur dalam perencanaan dan peningkatan kegiatan dalam UB Guest House Malang secara berkesinambungan. Jenis penelitian ini diklarifikasikan kedalam penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan atau observasi dan metode pengumpulan data primer dalam bentuk penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan instrument Balanced Scorecard (BSC), dari hasil evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan dari empat perspektif dalam metode Balanced Scorecard menunjukkaan bahwa secara keseluruhan UB Guest House melaksanakan kinerja dengan baik dan seimbang.

English Abstract

Performance measurement is a measurement used to help improve a company's management performance. In 2014 - 2015 UB Guest House experienced a decrease in management performance therefore this study aims to measure the performance of UB Guest House as a whole not only in terms of financial but in terms of non-financial so it can be used as a benchmark in planning and improving activityy in UB Guest House Malang continuously. This research is quantitative descriptive research and uses field research or observation techniques to collect data.The primary data is in the form of questionnaire and explained by Balamced Scorecard (BSC). From the analysis result using four perspectives in Balanced Scorecard, it showed that overall UB Guest House performs well and has a balance performance.
