Abstract
Dalam upaya untuk memenuhi kualifikasi kerja dan tuntutan perkembangan perusahaan, membutuhkan efektivitas peran trainer dalam terlaksanannya kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas peran trainer dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi trainer dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan bagi para pegawai di Perum BULOG Divisi Regional Kalimantan Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses yang efektif, perencanaan yang matang, media komunikasi dan inovasi dalam memberikan keterampilan dan pengelolaan dalam penyelenggaraan diklat sudah efektif tetapi keefektifannya perlu dikembangkan.
English Abstract
In an effort to meet the job qualifications and demands of the company's, the effectiveness of trainers is necessary for the implementation of education and training programs. The objective of this study are to measure the effectiveness of trainer’s role in education and training programs for employees in Perum BULOG in the Regional Division of South Kalimantan, to identify the constraints faced by trainers, and to propose solution for the contraints. The result of this study indicates that effective processes, careful planning, communication media and innovation in providing skills and management in the implementation of the training has been effective, but it need more improvement.
