Abstract
Tenaga kerja dinilai menjadi poin yang penting karena merupakan faktor utama yang secara langsung menjalankan, mengelola, mempertahankan, membuat keputusan, mengembangkan performa, serta mengatasi persoalan yang terdapat pada sebuah instansi terkait. Dengan demikian tenaga kerja memiliki andil besar dalam mempengaruhi kemajuan sebuah perusahaan. Dalam upaya memperoleh laba yang maksimal, diperlukan adanya peningkatan produktivitas. Peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja akan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi tenaga kerja, dunia usaha maupun pemerintah. Bagi dunia usaha, bermanfaat untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Produktivitas tenaga kerja perlu senantiasa ditingkatkan karena merupakan salah satu indikator untuk mengatur tingkat efisiensi. Pendekatan interdisipliner ilmu dilakukan dalam upaya mengelola produktivitas tenaga kerja untuk dapat menentukan rencana dan tujuan yang efektif. Salah satu pendekatan interdisipliner yang dapat digunakan adalah system dynamics. Model system dynamics dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor serta menentukan hubungan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di PT. Petrosida. Pendekatan system dynamics dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat model konseptual berupa Causal Loop Diagram, membuat Stock and Flow Diagram, formulasi model, simulasi model, serta uji verifikasi dan uji validasi. Pemilihan variabel paling berpengaruh dilakukan dengan mengubah nilai parameter variabel-variabel yang berhubungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di PT. Petrosida adalah biaya bahan baku dan jumlah tenaga kerja. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan dalam upaya peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja yaitu menambah biaya bahan baku karena bahan baku sangat berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja dalam penambahan biaya bahan baku perusahaan harus memperhitungkan jumlah karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan untuk penelitian berikutnya, yaitu penerapan metode system dynamics sebaiknya digunakan untuk pengukuran produktivitas total perusahaan. Penambahan variabel permintaan pasar, lingkungan kerja, penggunaan teknologi baru, pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi yang diterima karyawan.
English Abstract
Labour votes became an important point since it is the main factor that directly run, manage, maintain, make decisions, develop performance, as well as addressing the issues contained in a relevant agencies. Thus labour has a large role in influencing the progress of a company. In an attempt to obtain the maximum profit, required an increase in productivity. Increased productivity of Labour will provide great benefits to the workforce, the corporate world as well as the Government. For the corporate world, useful to maintain the viability of the company. Labour productivity need to be continually improved as it is one of the indicators to set degree of efficiency. Interdisciplinary approach conducted in an effort to manage the productivity of the workforce to be able to determine an effective plan and purpose. One of the interdisciplinary approach that can be used is system dynamics.Labour productivity need to be continually improved as it is one of the indicators to set degree of efficiency. In an attempt to obtain the maximum profit, required an increase in productivity. Increased productivity of Labour will provide great benefits to the workforce, the corporate world as well as the Government. One of the interdisciplinary approach that can be used is system dynamics. System dynamics study of the problem with the point of view of the system. The system elements interacting in a structure feedback (causal loops) resulting in a particular behaviours. System dynamics model in this study aims to determine the factors and determine the relationships of the factors that have an effect on labor productivity in PT. Petrosida. System dynamics approach in this research is done by creating a conceptual model in the form of Causal Loop diagrams, making Stock and Flow diagrams, model formulation, simulation models, and test verification and validation testing. The most influential variable selection is done by changing the value of the parameter variables. The results of this research suggest that factors that influence significantly to the productivity of labor in PT. Petrosida is the cost of raw materials and the amount of labor. Advice that can be given to the company in an effort to increase the productivity of the workforce that is adding to the cost of raw materials because of the raw materials is very influential to productivity of labour in addition cost of raw materials the company shall taking into account the number of labour. Advice that can be given for the next research, namely the application of system dynamics method should be used for the measurement of the total productivity of the company. The addition of variable market demand, the working environment, the use of new technologies, work experience and competence of the labour received.
