Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan apakah variabel persepsi keadilan atas kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) PT. PAL Indonesia Surabaya. Teknik dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling yang terkumpul sejumlah 59 kuisioner digunakan sebagai data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jenis penelitian kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah keadilan ekternal, keadilan internal, keadilan perorangan, keadilan prosedural dalam kompensasi, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah OCB. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keadilan atas kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif sehingga akan meningkatkan OCB karyawan. Hal ini berarti tinggi rendahnya OCB karyawan dipengaruhi oleh persepsi keadilan atas kompensasi. Melalui penelitian ini, maka diharapkan PT. PAL Indonesia akan lebih memperbaiki persepsi keadilan atas kompensasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan OCB karyawan.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine and explaining whether the variable perceived justice on compensation partially affects the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT. PAL Indonesia Surabaya. Using simple random sampling, 59 questionnaires were collected and used as primary data. This quantitative research uses multiple regression analysis as its method of analysis, in which the data were processed using SPSS. The independent variables of this study are external justice, internal justice, individual justice, and procedural fairness in compensation. The dependent variable is OCB. This result shows that perceived justice on compensation has a positive effect, which will increase the OCBemployees. This means that the OCB of the employees are influenced by the perceived justice on compensation. Through this research, it is expected PT. PAL Indonesia improve perceived justice on compensation, which will increase the OCB of its employees.
