Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan employee reward dan employee punishment terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh signifikan employee Reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh signifikan employee punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PD. BPR. Daerah Lamongan yang berjumlah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan adalah NonProbability Sampling dengan penentuan sampel jenuh. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari data primer dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini diketahui F sig α (0,000 < 0,05) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan dari variabel employee reward dan employee punishment terhadap kinerja. Selain itu dapat diketahui t.sig α (0,000 < 0,05) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan employee reward terhadap kinerja karyawan dan juga diketahui t.sig α (0,003 < 0,05) menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan employee punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai Koefisien determinasi Nilai (R2) atau R2Adjusted yang nilainya 0,682 yang menunjukkan proporsi pengaruh faktoremployee reward dan employee punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 68,2%. Yang artinya, 68,2% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh factor employee reward dan employee punishment sedangkan sisanya 31,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti motivasi karyawan,setres kerja dan lain-lain

English Abstract

The purpose of this research are to know the significant influence of employee reward and employee punishment towards employee performance, to know significant influence of employee rewards towards employee performance, to know significant influence of employee punishment towards employee performance. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this research are all employees of PD. BPR at Lamongan Area, which amount 80 employees. The sampling technique that used is nonprobability samplingh which is using saturated sample. The data sources collect by primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and secondary data was obtained by the documentation. This research using multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research known that F sig α (0,000 < 0,05) shows that there are significant influence simultaneosly from the employee reward and employee punishment variables towards employee performance. And also known t.sig α (0,000 < 0,05) shows that there are significant influence of employee reward towards employee performance and also known that t.sig α (0,003 < 0,05) shows that there are significant influence of employee punishment towards employee performance. The value of coefficient determination (R2) or R2Adjusted has value 0,682 that shows proportion nfluence of the employee rewards and employee factors towards employee performance is about 68,2%. Which means 68,2% employee performance influenced by employee reward and employee punishment factors, while the rest 31,8% was influenced by others factors, such as work motivation, work stress and etc.
