Abstract
Penulisan Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh event product quality terhadap behavioral intentions pengunjung Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival 2017 yang dimediasi oleh satisfaction, baik pengaruh secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 respoden pengunjung Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival 2017 dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t dan sobel test. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dan dibantu oleh software SPSS 21 untuk memudahkan penelitian. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap keempat hipotesis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel event product quality berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap satisfaction. Variabel satisfaction berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap behavioral intentions. Variabel event product quality berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap behavioral intentions. Variabel event product quality berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap behavioral intentions yang dimediasi oleh satisfaction.
English Abstract
This research aims at determining and analyzing the direct and indirect effect of event product quality on behavioral intentions on visitors of Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival 2017 mediated by satisfaction as the intervening variabel. This explanatory research explains the casual relation between variables through hypothesis testing. Through non-probability sampling carried out on visitors of Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival 2017, this research has selected 110 respondents as the sample. The hypothesis testing was done using t test and Sobel test. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21. Based on the four hypotheses, it can be concluded that event product quality has a direct effect on the satisfaction. Satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on behavioral intentions. Event product quality has a direct effect on behavioral intentions. Event product quality has a indirect effect on behavioral intentions mediated by satisfaction.
