Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi (1) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi karyawan, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan secara langsung; (2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) pengaruh kompetensi memediasi pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) kepuasan kerja memediasi pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif, khususnya dilakukan pada karyawan di Unit Candi Prambanan, PT. Taman Wisata Candi, Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 98 responden yang diambil dari karyawan di Unit Candi Prambanan.

English Abstract

This research aimed to identify (1) effects of training to employee competence, work satisfaction, and employee performance directly; (2) effects of competence to employee performance; (3) effects of work satisfaction to employee performance; (4) effects of competence mediates training to employee performance; (5) work satisfaction mediates training to employee performance. This research was categorized into quantitative research, particularly was conducted on the employees in Candi Prambanan Unit, PT. Taman Wisata Candi, Yogyakarta. The total of research sample was 98 respondents who were taken from the employees in Candi Prambanan Unit.
