Abstract
Instalasi farmasi memiliki peran penting dalam kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan rumah sakit. Kekurangan sumber daya manusia dan tingkat turnover yang tinggi dari tenaga kefarmasian akan membawa dampak negatif bagi operasional rumah sakit. Pada studi pedahuluan di RS Panti Nirmala, didapatkan angka turnover tenaga kefarmasian yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention tenaga kefarmasian di RS Panti Nirmala. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 46 orang tenaga kefarmasian yang terdiri atas 8 orang apoteker dan 38 orang tenaga teknik kefarmasian.Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada sampel penetian sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunkan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention.
English Abstract
Pharmacy department have an important role in health care activities undertaken by hospitals. Lack of human resources and high turnover rates of pharmaceutical personnel will have a negative impact on hospital operations. In the preliminary study at Panti Nirmala Hospital, there was a high pharmaceutical turnover rate. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention pharmaceutical personnel in Panti Nirmala Hospital. This research is an observational analytic research using cross sectional approach. The number of research sample are 46 pharmaceutical personnel which consist of 8 pharmacist and 38 pharmacy technician. The research data was collected by using questionnaires which are distributed to the respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) mediation. The result of the research showed that job satisfaction had negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction had positive effect to organizational commitment, organizational commitment had negative effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction through organizational commitment had negative effect on turnover intention.
