Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh digital literacy, technology experience, attitude, dan continuance intention pada pengguna GoPay di Malang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna GoPay di Malang. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dengan total 200 responden dan data dianalisis menggunakan Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital literacy tidak mempengaruhi attitude dan continuance intention pengguna GoPay. Technology experience secara langsung dan tidak langsung memengaruhi continuance intention pada pengguna GoPay. Sementara attitude tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh digital literacy pada continuance intention, attitude mampu memediasi pengaruh technology experience pada continuance intention pengguna GoPay di Malang.
English Abstract
This study analyzed the effect of digital literacy, technology experience, attitude, and continuance intention on GoPay users in Malang). The population of this research is GoPay users in Malang. The purposive sampling technique is used with a total of 200 respondents, and data was analyzed using Smart-PLS. The results of this study indicate that digital literacy did not affect the attitude and intention of GoPay users. Technology experience has directly and indirectly affected continuance intention in GoPay users. While attitude was not able to mediate the effect of digital literacy on continuance intention, attitude was able to mediate the effect of technology experience on the continuance intention of GoPay users in Malang.
