Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui employee engagement pada karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Jawa Timur sejumlah 33 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan software menggunakan SmartPLS. Uji instrument penelitian menggunakan uji outer model, uji inner model, uji hipotesis, dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement pada karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. Penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi memberikan pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui employee engagement pada karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Jawa Timur.

English Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Jasa Raharja, East Java Branch. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through employee engagement on employees of PT. Jasa Raharja, East Java Branch. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of East Java as many as 33 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples (census). The data collection method uses a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis in this research is a descriptive analysis using software using SmartPLS. The research instrument test uses the outer model test, the inner model test, the hypothesis test, and the Sobel test. The results showed that the perception of organizational support had a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees of PT. Jasa Raharja, East Java Branch. Based on research shows that the perception of organizational support significantly influences employee engagement in employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Branch East Java. Research also shows that employee engagement has a significant effect on the employees of PT. Jasa Raharja, East Java Branch. The results showed that the perception of organizational support had an indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through employee engagement on employees of PT. Jasa Raharja, East Java Branch.
