Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui estimasi nilai ekonomi pemanfaatan mata air Gemulo dengan menggunakan pendekatan harga pasar (market price), (2) Mengetahui estimasi nilai ekonomi pemanfaatan mata air Gemulo dengan menggunakan pendekatan Willingness to Pay (WTP), (3) Mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai Willingness to Pay (WTP), (4) Mengetahui nilai manfaat dan biaya dari pemanfaatan mata air Gemulo. Penelitian ini menggunakan 45 responden pelanggan HIPPAM Cangar yang memanfaatkan mata air Gemulo untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Analisis Discounting. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai ekonomi pemanfaatan mata air Gemulo dengan menggunakan pendekatan harga pasar (market price) oleh pelanggan HIPPAM Cangar adalah sebesar Rp. 3.003.840 per bulan atau Rp. 36.046.080 per tahun dengan jumlah pelanggan sebanyak 447 Rumah Tangga (1.788 jiwa). (2) Nilai rataan WTP responden sebesar Rp. 17.950 KK/Bulan dengan nilai total WTP (TWTP) sebesar Rp. 8.243.050/bulan. (3) Faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi WTP responden dalam membayar iuran air adalah jumlah kebutuhan air dan biaya kebutuhan air. (4) Nilai manfaat dan biaya dari pemanfaatan mata air Gemulo dalam kurun waktu 30 tahun adalah sebesar Rp. 44.185.976.850 sedangkan untuk nilai biaya diperoleh Rp. 1.707.656.343.

English Abstract

This research is aimed to (1) To estimate economic value of Gemulo water springs using market price approach, (2) To Estimate economic value of Gemulo springs utilization using Willingness to Pay approach (3) To know factors that affect the Willingness to Pay / WTP value, (4) To know benefits and cost of the utilization Gemulo springs. This research used 45 respondents of HIPPAM Cangar customers who used Gemulo Spring for daily use. The method used in this research is Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), Multiple Regression Analysis and Discounting Analysis. Estimated results showed that: (1) Economic value of Gemulo springs utilization using market price approach of HIPPAM Cangar customers is Rp. 3,003,840 per month or Rp. 36,046,080 per year with a total of 447 SR (1,788 people). (2) The average value of WTP respondents is Rp. 17,950 KK / Month with total value of WTP (TWTP) equal to Rp. 8.243.050 / month. (3) Significantly factor that affecting of WTP respondents for paying water are amount of water demand and the cost of water demand. (4) Benefit and cost value from the utilization of Gemulo within 30 years is Rp. 44.185.976.850 for benefit value and Rp. 1.707.656.343 for cost value.
