The aim on this research was to determine the effect of feeding frequency in pullet on 3-6 weeks ages toward body weight, uniformity, and depletion. This research was conducted on 8th April - 5th May 2019 at Supratman farm, Segaran Village, Wates District, Kediri Regency. Therefore, 1805 birds strain Isa Brown derived from PT New Hope were derived into two group of treatment (890 chicken were kept on pen A and 915 chicken were kept on pen B). The first treatment that feeding frequency was given twice a day at 06.00 am and 06.00 pm. The second treatment that feeding frequency was given four times a day at 06.00 am, 10.00 am, 02.00 am, and 06.00 pm. Data collection was performed as ttest (independent t-test) to see the difference in between group. The results that the feeding frequency on the pullet did not significantly affect (P>0,05) on body weight and uniformity. The average body weight in pullet 6 weeks ages at feeding times twice a day 392.81 ± 52.16 g and at feeding frequency four time a day 399.62 ± 26.39 g. The average uniformity in pullet at feeding frequency twice a day 69.664 ± 10.33%. The average uniformity in pullet at feeding frequency four time a day 73.262 ± 13.55%. Feeding frequency four times a day shows better results on body weight and uniformity, but ivfeeding frequency twice a day shows better results on depletion rate. It is suggested that feeding on pullet can be performed four times a day to better results.
