Abstract
Selama ini sektor pertanian mempunyai peran andil dalam proses pembangunan nasional. Namun, seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, produktivitas pertanian kian menurun akibat dari kegiatan pembangunan yang hanya berorientasi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi saja. Semakin lama luas area pertanian di Indonesia semakin berkurang. Sistem penanaman di dalam greenhouse menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menumbuhkan tanaman. Pada penelitian ini digunakan objek peneitian tanaman sawi karena tanaman ini mudah ditumbuhkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perpaduan dua teknologi yaitu cahaya monokrom dan sonic bloom terhadap laju pertumbuhan vegetatif tanaman sawi. Parameter data yang diamati dan diambil datanya meliputi tinggi tanaman, panjang, lebar, jumlah dan indeks kehijauan daun, serta berat basah tanaman. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini tanaman yang diuji akan dapat tumbuh lebih baik dari kondisi normal serta anti hama sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas di sektor pertanian seta kesejahteraan petani akan dapat terbantu akibat teknologi ini. Berdasarkan pengujian ini diperoleh perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara tanaman yang diberi perlakuan dan yang tanpa diberi perlakuan. Pada tanaman sawi dengan perlakuan kombinasi memiliki tinggi tanaman 17cm, lebih besar 41,67% dan memiliki berat basah 137,1 g, lebih besar 41,56% lebih besar daripada tanaman tanpa perlakuan. Dengan begitu, diharapkan metode ini dapat meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman sawi bagi petani.
English Abstract
So far the agricultural sector has a role to play in the national development process. However, along with the development of the times, agricultural productivity has declined due to development activities which are only oriented to economic growth. The longer the area of agriculture in Indonesia decreases. The planting system in the greenhouse is one alternative to grow plants. In this study, the object of research on mustard plants was used because this plant was easily grown in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of two technologies namely monochrome light and sonic bloom on the vegetative growth rate of mustard plants. The data parameters observed and retrieved included plant height, length, width, number and index of greenish leaves, and plant wet weight. It is expected that with this study the plants tested will be able to grow better than normal conditions and anti-pest so that it can increase productivity in the agricultural sector and the welfare of farmers will be helped by this technology. Based on this test obtained a very significant difference between plants that were treated and those without treatment. In mustard plants with a combination treatment has a plant height of 17cm, 41.67% greater and has a wet weight of 137.1 g, 41.56% larger than plants without treatment. That way, it is hoped that this method can increase the yield of mustard plants for farmers
