Abstract

PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perternakan lebah dan pengolahan hasil peternakan lebah, antara lain royal jelly, bee pollen dan madu dengan kapasitas produksi madu sebanyak 4.000 liter / bulan. Salah satu produk madu yang memiliki tingkat permintaan paling tinggi adalah madu Super. PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya mengalami beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super, antara lain keterlambatan pengiriman produk madu Super. PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya belum pernah melakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok sehingga belum dapat mengevaluasi kinerja rantai pasoknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super serta merekomendasikan best practice yang dapat diterapkan oleh PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super berdasarkan performance attribute yang terdiri dari supply chain reability, responsiveness dan flexibility. Proses benchmarking dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan kinerja aktual rantai pasok produk madu Super dengan target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Analisis inefisiensi kemudian digunakan untuk mengetahui penyebab gap yang diperoleh dari proses benchmarking. Analisis best practice dilakukan untuk menyusun rekomendasi beberapa praktik terbaik yang dapat diterapkan oleh PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super.viii Hasil pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menunjukkan bahwa nilai aktual atribut kinerja supply chain reliability sebesar 68,57%, supply chain responsiveness sebesar 98% dan supply chain flexibility sebesar 66,67%. Rata-rata kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super di PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya sebesar 77,75%. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super di PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya berada pada skala improvement. Best practice yang dapat direkomendasikan adalah perbaikan pada sistem peramalan, penjadwalan, dan manajemen data untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok produk madu Super.

English Abstract

PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya is a company engaged in bee keeping and processing of its products, such as royal jelly, bee pollen and honey with honey production capacity of 4,000 liters / month. One honey product that has the highest demand is Madu Super. PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya is facing several problems related to the performance of the Madu Super supply chain, such as the delay in shipping Madu Super. PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya has never measured supply chain performance so it has not been able to evaluate its supply chain performance. This study aimed to measure the performance level of the Madu Super supply chain and recommend best practices that be able to be applied by PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya. This research was conducted using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) method to measure the performance level of the Madu Super supply chain based on a performance attribute consisting of supply chain reability, responsiveness and flexibility. The benchmarking process was carried out by comparing the actual performance of the Madu Super supply chain with the target set by the company. Inefficiency analysis was then used to determine the cause of the gap obtained from the benchmarking process. Best practice analysis was done to recommend some of the best practice that able to be applied by PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya for improving the performance of the Madu Super supply chain. The results of the supply chain performance measurement showed that the actual value of supply chain reliability performance attributes was 68.57%, supply chainx responsiveness was 98% and supply chain flexibility was 66.67%. The average Madu Super supply chain performance of PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya was 77.75%. This can be interpreted that the Madu Super supply chain performance of PT Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya was on the stage of improvement. Best practices that can be recommended were improvements of the forecasting, scheduling, and data management systems to improve the performance of the Madu Super supply chain.
