Abstract
UKM Lembah Hijau merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Lamongan, yang memproduksi produk unggulan emping jagung dan telah dipasarkan ke berbagai ritel modern seperti Carrefour, Giant, dan Alfamart di seluruh Jawa Timur. UKM Lembah Hijau terkendala pasokan dan fluktuasi harga bahan baku. Permasalahan tersebut menghambat kontinuitas produksi, sehingga UKM Lembah Hijau tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar yang tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis model struktural dan hubungan antar sub elemen kelembagaan rantai pasok di UKM Lembah Hijau menggunakan pendekatan Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kelembagaan rantai pasok yaitu ISM. Elemen-elemen yang dianalisis terdiri dari elemen kebutuhan, elemen kendala, elemen tujuan, dan elemen lembaga yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model struktural rantai pasok emping jagung, yaitu elemen kebutuhan terdiri dari 1 level. Elemen kendala terdiri dari 3 level dengan sub elemen kunci yaitu keterbatasan sumber modal. Elemen tujuan terdiri dari 1 level dimana semua sub elemen tujuan merupakan elemen kunci. Elemen lembaga yang terlibat terdiri dari 4 level dengan sub elemen kunci yaitu pemerintah. Keterkaitan antar sub elemen kelembagaan rantai pasok emping jagung, yaitu elemen kebutuhan terdiri dalam 1 sektor yaitu sektor linkage. Elemen kendala terdiri dari 3 sektor yaitu sektor independent, sektor autonomus, dan sektor dependent. Elemen tujuan terdiri dari 1 sektor yaitu sektor linkage. Elemen lembaga yang terlibat terdiri dari 3 sektor yaitu sektor independent, sektor linkage, dan sektor dependent.
English Abstract
UKM Lembah Hijau is one of the The Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lamongan Regency, which produces corn chips and has been marketed to various modern retailers such as Carrefour, Giant, and Alfamart throughout East Java. However, UMKM Lembah Hijau are constrained by supply and fluctuations in raw material prices and limited capital. Both of these problems hamper continuity of production, so that UMKM Lembah Hijau cannot meet high market demand. The aim of this study is to analyze the structural model and the relationship between the sub-elements of the supply chain in UMKM Lembah Hijau using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) approach. The method used to analyze supply chain institutions is ISM. The elements analyzed consist of requirements elements, constraint elements, objective elements, and institutional involved elements. The results of this study showed that the structural model of the corn chips supply chain, which is requirements elements consists of 1 level. The constraint elements consists of 3 levels with key sub-elements, namely limited capital resources. The objective elements consists of 1 level where all goal sub elements are key elements. The institutional involved elements consists of 4 levels with key sub-elements, namely the government. The linkages between the institutional elements of the corn chips supply chain, namely the element of need consists in 1 sector, namely the linkage sector. The obstacle element consists of 3 sectors, namely independent sector, autonomous sector, and dependent sector. The destination element consists of 1 sector, namely the linkage sector.
