Abstract
Dermatitis atopik adalah penyakit kulit kronis dan inflamasi. Biasanya dimulai pada masa kanak-kanak dan kadang-kadang dapat bertahan di masa dewasa. Tujuan dari penelitian saya adalah untuk menentukan korelasi tingkat vitamin D dan persentase eosinofil pada pasien dengan dermatitis atopik. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat vitamin D adalah ELISA dan jumlah darah lengkap digunakan untuk mendapatkan persentase eosinofil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ada tiga kelompok pasien yang cukup, tidak memadai dan kekurangan. Pasien dengan kadar vitamin D yang kurang dan defisiensi memiliki persentase eosinofil yang tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini hubungan antara vitamin D dan eosinofil pada dermatitis atopik di departemen pediatrik di Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien dermatitis atopik di departemen pediatrik di Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang memiliki kadar vitamin D yang rendah, persentase dari eosinofil pada anak-anak dengan dermatitis atopik di departemen pediatrik di Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang lebih tinggi karena dermatitis atopik dan ada korelasi antara jumlah vitamin D dan persentase eosinofil pada anak-anak dengan dermatitis atopik di departemen pediatrik Rumah Sakit Saiful Anwar Malang. Semakin rendah tingkat vitamin D, semakin tinggi persentase eosinofil pada anak-anak dengan dermatitis atopik.
English Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic and inflammatory skin disease. It usually begins in childhood and can sometimes persist in adulthood. The aim of my research is to determine the correlation of vitamin D level and the percentage of eosinophil in patients with atopic dermatitis. The method used to determine the level of vitamin D is ELISA and the complete blood count is used to obtain the percentage of eosinophil. The result of this study is that there are three groups of patients which are sufficient, insufficient and deficiency. Patient with insufficient and deficiency vitamin D level has high percentage of eosinophil. Based on this research the relationship between vitamin D and eosinophil on atopic dermatitis in the paediatric department in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang , can be concluded that atopic dermatitis patient in the paediatric department in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang has low level of vitamin D, the percentage of eosinophil in children with atopic dermatitis in the paediatric department in Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang is higher due to atopic dermatitis and there is a correlation between the amount of vitamin D and the percentage of eosinophil in children with atopic dermatitis in the paediatric department of Saiful Anwar Hospital Malang. The lower the level of Vitamin D, the higher the percentage of eosinophil in children with atopic dermatitis.
