Abstract
Potensi sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya utama dalam sebuah organisasi yang kegunaannya dapat mengolah, menganalisis dan menggerakkan suatu tujuan perusahaan secara efektif dan efesien. Sumber daya manusia yang berkinerja baik akan memudahkan organisasi dalam pencapaian tujuan, visi dan misi. Konsep kinerja dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor yaitu faktor individual, organisasional dan psikologis. Ketiga faktor tersebut nantinya akan memiliki peran penting untuk mengetahui tingginya tingkat kinerja karyawan sehingga dapat mewujudkan bersama tujuan perusahaan atau organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara budaya organisasi, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence dan kinerja karyawan pada kantor PT. PLN (Persero) Distribusi Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan yang berstatus karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun sejumlah 189 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah 128 responden dan diuji dengan smartPLS 2 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan spiritual intelligence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap emotional intelligence. Selain itu, budaya organisasi dan spiritual intelligence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta emotional intelligence memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa emotional intelligence memediasi sebagian pada budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Serta emotional intelligence memediasi sebagian pada spiritual intelligence terhadap kinerja karyawan.
English Abstract
The potential of human resources is the major resource in an organization that its use can cultivate, analyze and move a company goals effectively and efficiently. Human resources of the organization makes it easy to perform well in the achievement of the goals, vision and mission. The concept of performance is affected by three factors, namely the individual factors, organizational and psychological. The third of these factors will have an important role to find out the high performance levels of employees so as to realize the shared goal of a company or organization. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between organizational culture, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and performance of employees at the Office of PT PLN (Persero) Distribution of Bali. This research using quantitative methods. The population of the research was the employees are permanent employees with at least 1 year working period a number of 189 people. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a respondent's number of 128 respondents and tested with smartPLS 2 as a tool of analysis. Research findings show that organizational culture and spiritual intelligence influential significantly to emotional intelligence. In addition, organizational culture and spiritual intelligence a significant effect on performance of employees. As well as emotional intelligence has a significant influence on performance of employees. The study also confirms that partially mediate the emotional intelligence in organizational culture on performance of employees. As well as emotional intelligence mediated partly on spiritual intelligence on performance of employees
